Lash Appointment Policy
-For our classic or russian volume or DUO beginner course. you will be required to pay an £100 non-refundable deposit to secure the date/s.
-For our ultimate classic or ultimate russian volume or ultimate DUO beginner course you will be required to pay an £200 non-refundable deposit to secure the date/s.
-If you would like to reschedule your course, you need to give at least two weeks notice. If you reschedule in under two weeks notice you will be required to pay a new deposit.
-If you would like to cancel your course, you need to give at least two weeks notice. If you cancel in under two weeks notice you will be required to pay 50% of the full price.
-If you do not show up to the course without notice, you will need to pay the full price.
-Please do not bring any children or plus ones with you on the day of your course.
-If you have enrolled onto our russian volume beginner course you must already hold a classic eyelash extension certificate.
-You must be 16 years or over when attending our beginner eyelash extension courses.
-Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
1-2-1 Training Policy
-A £10 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The remaining will be due on the day of your appointment.
-For an infill appointment you must have at least 40% of your full set still on. Anything less will result in an additional charge.
-Top up appointments are strictly 30 minutes long.
-If you reschedule your appointment in under 24 hours you will be required to pay 50% of the full price.
-If you cancel in under 48 hours you will be required to pay 50% of the full price.
-You can be a maximum of 10 minutes late to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled.
-If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice you will be required to pay the full price.
-Please do not bring any children or plus ones to your appointment.
-We do not infill other eyelash technicians work, you will need to schedule a removal and full set with me.
-We do not offer refunds, if there is an issue with your eyelash extensions within 72 hours of your appointment, we are more than happy to have you back to take a look however after 72 hours there will be a charge.
-Out of hour appointments are an additional £10 charge.
-Please bring CASH only to your appointment.
