-Upon booking online you will need to leave your card details, you will not be charged a booking fee.

-Appointments with Heather after 6pm are an additional £10 charge to the price seen online.​

​

-For an infill appointment you must have at least 40% of your full set still on. Anything less will result in an additional charge.

​

-Top up appointments are strictly 20/30 minutes long. This is only to be booked if 7 days after your previous appointment.

​

-If you cancel / reschedule your appointment in under 48 hours you will be required to pay 50% of the full price.​

​

-If you are late to your appointment we will only be able to do what we can in the time frame left.

​

-If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged full price of the appointment.

​

-Please do not bring any children or plus ones to your appointment.

​

-We do not infill other eyelash technicians work, you will need to schedule a removal and full set.

​

-We do not offer refunds, if there is an issue with your eyelash extensions within 72 hours of your appointment, we are more than happy to have you back to take a look however after 72 hours there will be a charge.​

-Cash ONLY.

-If you have never had eyelash extensions before we recommend you have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.​

​

-If you schedule a removal and full set in the same appointment, this could affect your retention on your full set. We recommend to book a removal then come back on a different appointment for a full set.
